Founded in 2015, DDS Consultancy was born out of a simple observation: opening a dental clinic was unnecessarily complicated. Dentists were trained to provide excellent clinical care, not to navigate zoning laws, negotiate complex leases, or manage construction projects.
We built a framework to simplify this process. Today, we've helped over 50 clinics go from concept to grand opening, saving our clients time, money, and endless frustration.
